Words of Success
It is a place where miracles happen, support is non-judgmental and the quality of life changes for so many. I encourage all to visit the BARN and see how a fellowship of individuals come together to create an atmosphere of hope.
The BARN was especially helpful to me when I first got sober. By attending mtgs there daily, volunteering behind the desk, and just hanging out I met the support system I continue to have today.
I am a woman in long term recovery. My family was devastated by the opioid epidemic in a time when there were no resources and it really was a silent killer. The BARN is a beacon of hope, and I am so grateful to have witnessed so many regain their lives.
The BARN has a very friendly atmosphere where I feel safe and comfortable to work on my recovery and connect with like-minded others.
Great place for those who don't know about recovery to get connect to the many paths we in the recovery community walk. Great place to hang out with healthy people in recovery, play pool, catch a meeting, and get connected.
When I arrived at the BARN my spirit, pride, self-worth, and hope were gone. I walked in ...attended my first 12 step meeting and after that meeting I hung around because I lived 25 miles away and didn’t feel safe going home. I started volunteering that day, and all these years later, I have witnessed more miracles then I can count. The BARN has taught me how to love beyond words and to never give up on anyone...even myself.
